A final look before it goes to OMNIA. Nothing is charged now. Your request is reviewed first, then approved and held for payment. Your appointment is confirmed once your payment is received.
- 18 and over. OMNIA books clients aged 18 and over.
- This is a request, not a confirmed booking. OMNIA personally reviews every request and confirms your appointment, final pricing and payment details with you directly.
- Full payment secures your appointment once it’s approved. Payment details arrive on WhatsApp with your approval.
- Prices shown are starting estimates and may vary after consultation, based on the service and the condition of your lashes or brows.
- Cancellations & changes. Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a 50% refund. Later than that, the payment is forfeited but its value becomes a 30-day credit toward a rescheduled visit.
- No-shows. Not arriving means the payment is forfeited, with no refund or credit.
- Arrive on time with clean lashes and brows, no eye makeup. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rebooked.
- Semi-permanent results vary by skin type and aftercare; touch-ups are charged separately. Completed services are non-refundable.

The Atelier
OMNIA by Salsabil Momen.
OMNIA is a private lash & brow atelier in Dhaka: the studio of one artist, Salsabil Momen. There is no team and no row of chairs: every appointment is her time, her hands, her judgement.
The work is quiet and considered. Lashes and brows are shaped to your features (never to a template) with premium materials, patient technique, and an honest word about what will suit you.
The atelier is by appointment only. Every request is reviewed personally before it is confirmed, so each visit begins unhurried and ends with work that holds.

Privacy Policy.
OMNIA keeps what it needs to look after you and your appointments. In plain words, this is what we hold, why, and who helps us run things.
What we keep
- Your name, so we know who we’re caring for.
- Your WhatsApp number, which we use to confirm and arrange your appointments. WhatsApp may also give us an account ID or username for you, sometimes in place of your number, and we may keep the name on your WhatsApp profile.
- Your Instagram handle. Sally may look at your public profile to get to know you before your first visit.
- Your date of birth, to check you’re 18 or older.
- Your health notes and answers: the special notes on your profile, such as allergies or sensitivities, and your answers to the health questions some treatments ask. This is health information, so only Sally sees it, and she uses it to keep your treatment safe.
- Sally’s notes about your visits and preferences, so she remembers what suits you.
- Your bookings: requests, appointments, payments, cancellations, refunds, transfers and any credit in your name. You pay by bKash in your own app, so we never see your PIN.
- Messages and photos: what you send us on WhatsApp, including payment screenshots, and the messages we send you.
- Your agreements: when you accepted our Terms, confirmed you’re 18 or older and read the preparation notes, and which version of the Terms you saw.
- Sign-in records: the number you entered when signing in, whether it worked, and sometimes the account details WhatsApp sent with your code.
How it’s used
To run your appointments: reviewing requests, confirming times, handling payments, cancellations, refunds and credits, keeping treatments safe, and reaching you about your bookings. We never sell your details or share them for marketing.
Who helps us
A few services handle your details for us, only so OMNIA can work:
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages to and from you, and your sign-in code.
- Railway runs the booking system and stores its data, on servers in Singapore.
- Cloudflare stores the photos sent in our chats.
- Telegram and phone notifications bring Sally alerts about new requests and messages. An alert can show your name, Instagram handle or WhatsApp number, what you asked to book, and the start of your message.
- GitHub keeps encrypted backups of our records.
- Google Fonts provides the lettering on this site, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
So some of your details are stored outside Bangladesh.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile, bookings, payment records and messages until you ask us to delete what we don’t need to keep. Photos sent in our chats are deleted after 182 days, about six months; the rest of the chat stays. Sign-in records are deleted after 30 days. Backups are kept for up to 30 days, so something we delete can stay in a backup for up to a month.
Cookies
This site uses one cookie to keep you signed in, for up to 30 days. While you sign in, this tab also keeps your number and code so the page can pick up where you left off. They’re cleared once you’re signed in, or when you close the tab.
18 and over
OMNIA books clients aged 18 and over, and we don’t knowingly keep details of anyone younger. If you’re under 18, we won’t save the profile you fill in. Signing in still leaves your WhatsApp number with us, so message us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep payment records for our accounts, and we’ll tell you if that applies.

Booking Terms
Terms & Conditions.
Every visit to OMNIA is one artist’s undivided time. These terms exist to protect that, written plainly, so you always know where you stand before you book.
Your appointment
- 18 and over. You need to be 18 or older to book with OMNIA. We ask for your date of birth to check this, and you confirm it when you send a request.
- A request first. Booking online sends a request. OMNIA reviews it and confirms your time, final price and payment details with you on WhatsApp.
- Reserved just for you. Each appointment is carefully reserved just for you. No double-booking, no rush.
- Confirmed on payment. Your appointment is confirmed once your full payment is received. Until then your time is only held, and if payment hasn’t arrived by the time given in your approval message, it’s released.
Cancellations & changes
- Cancelling. Cancellation terms are shown on your booking summary before you confirm.
- No-shows. Not arriving means the payment is forfeited, with no refund or credit, as that time was held only for you.
- Rescheduling. Your payment may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, subject to the credit validity shown above.
The work itself
- Prices. Online prices are starting prices and may change after consultation, depending on the treatment and the condition of your lashes or brows.
- Your health answers. Please answer the health questions honestly. If a treatment isn’t safe for you, Sally may change it or decline it.
- On the day. Arrive on time with clean lashes and brows and no eye makeup. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to rebook you.
- Infills. Infill services are assessed by the artist first, to make sure an infill will truly give you the best result.
- Results. Semi-permanent results vary with skin type and aftercare. Touch-ups are charged separately, and completed treatments aren’t refundable.
- Before & after photos. Available upon request. Just ask.
