A final look before it goes to OMNIA. Nothing is charged now. Your request is reviewed first, then approved and held for payment. Your appointment is confirmed once your payment is received.

  • This is a request, not a confirmed booking. OMNIA personally reviews every request and confirms your appointment, final pricing and payment details with you directly.
  • Full payment secures your appointment once it’s approved. Payment details arrive on WhatsApp with your approval.
  • Prices shown are starting estimates and may vary after consultation, based on the service and the condition of your lashes or brows.
  • Cancellations & changes. Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment for a 50% refund. Later than that (or a no-show), the payment is forfeited but its value becomes a 30-day credit toward a rescheduled visit.
  • Arrive on time with clean lashes and brows, no eye makeup. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rebooked.
  • Semi-permanent results vary by skin type and aftercare; touch-ups are charged separately. Completed services are non-refundable.

The Atelier

OMNIA by Salsabil Momen.

OMNIA is a private lash & brow atelier in Dhaka: the studio of one artist, Salsabil Momen. There is no team and no row of chairs: every appointment is her time, her hands, her judgement.

The work is quiet and considered. Lashes and brows are shaped to your features (never to a template) with premium materials, patient technique, and an honest word about what will suit you.

The atelier is by appointment only. Every request is reviewed personally before it is confirmed, so each visit begins unhurried and ends with work that holds.

Privacy Policy.

OMNIA keeps only what it needs to look after your appointments, nothing more. In plain words, this is what we hold and why.

What we keep

  • Your name, so we know who we’re caring for.
  • Contact details: your phone number, which we use on WhatsApp to confirm and coordinate your appointments, and your Instagram handle.
  • Booking history: the requests you’ve made and the visits you’ve had.
  • Appointment details: services, dates, times, and any notes you share with us.
  • Payment information: payments and amounts recorded against your bookings. We never store card numbers.
  • Cancellations: when a booking is cancelled and on what terms.
  • Refunds: any refund owed or paid, and its status.
  • Transfers & credits: rescheduled bookings and any credit held in your name, with its expiry.
  • Consent records: your agreement to our terms and preparation instructions, kept as proof of what you accepted.
  • Communication history: the messages we send you about your appointments.

How it’s used

Solely to run your appointments: reviewing requests, confirming times, handling payments, cancellations, refunds and credits, and reaching you about your bookings. Your details are never sold, and never shared for marketing.

Retention

Your information is kept while your OMNIA profile is active, and only as long as needed for accurate booking and payment records. You may ask us at any time to see or remove what we hold about you.

Booking Terms

Terms & Conditions.

Every visit to OMNIA is one artist’s undivided time. These terms exist to protect that, written plainly, so you always know where you stand before you book.

Your appointment

  • Reserved just for you. Each appointment is carefully reserved just for you. No double-booking, no rush.
  • Confirmed on payment. Your appointment is confirmed once your payment is received. Until then, your slot is only held.

Cancellations & changes

  • Cancelling. Cancellation terms are shown on your booking summary before you confirm.
  • No-shows. Not arriving means the payment is forfeited, as that time was held only for you.
  • Rescheduling. Your payment may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, subject to the credit validity shown above.

The work itself

  • Infills. Infill services are assessed by the artist first, to make sure an infill will truly give you the best result.
  • Before & after photos. Available upon request. Just ask.
